Rachael & Barrett {Wedding - Yellowstone Club, Big Sky, Montana}

The Wedding of Rachael and Barrett at the Yellowstone Club was an absolutely gorgeous occasion!  It was awesome for a lot of different reasons…the beautiful setting, the incredible planning, the wonderful people that attended, the ever presence of music, but most importantly, the beautiful love that that these two share for each other.  This day was filled with so much joy and fun.  The day began with the ladies relaxingly getting ready in a beautiful Big Sky home with the assistance of the always entertaining and fun Champbong while the guys played on the Yellowstone Club ropes course followed by a soak in the pool.  Hair was beautifully done by Monica from Monica’s Salon and the gorgeous make up was by Fumi.  Rachael looked absolutely stunning in her Rosa Clara gown from Lovely Bride in Philadelphia.

After getting ready, Barrett and Rachael separately made their way to the Heli-pad at the Yellowstone Club for the first look.  Barrett, filled with anticipation waited patiently as Rachael walked up behind him.  The two saw each other and emotionally embraced and were in awe of each other.  After a few photographs it was nearly time for the ceremony.

As guests arrived at the ceremony site, the area was buzzing with excitement and anticipation.  Finally the time arrived and the Rachael and Barrett took each other’s hands and exchanged their own heart felt vows.  At 6:07pm, Rachaels’ father, the officiant of the ceremony completed the sweet ceremony pronouncing the two as husband and wife and the marriage was then sealed with a kiss.  There was much jubilation as these two awesome people were now married.

A cocktail hour ensued in the Tree Bar while some final family and bridal party photos were taken.  The two were then greeted into the reception site through a corridor of visitors who greeted the newlyweds with a lavender toss.  The reception was ready to get under way.  The planning and execution of the weekend was by Valerie Joy Events and was nothing short of spectacular.  Valerie worked closely to mother of the groom, Randi who worked hard making sure the weekend would be perfect!  The reception area was gorgeous treating all of the guests to exquisite floral designs by Julio at The Flower Hat.  Cast and Company created the beautiful invitation suite and hand painted river rocks that were hand selected by Randi.  The toasts were given by the bride and grooms’ respective brothers, and then a blessing made ready the guests for the wonderful dinner.  Beautiful desserts were served up by Elle’s Belles.  Tiny Band provided incredible music that kept the party going strong. Barrett, who is an insanely amazing drummer, got on stage a couple of times and played drums – the crowd went wild!  The party would have lasted into the morning hours but sadly, all good things must come to an end.  What a day to remember!  Thank you Rachael, Barrett & your families for letting us be a part of this beautiful day!  Congratulations!
